Roblox is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team of ML infrastructure engineers for the Ads organization. You will design and operate scalable, production-ready ML infrastructure supporting model training pipelines, data ingestion, feature engineering, and model serving at scale. Own the architecture and governance of ML infrastructure—ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate closely with data scientists, ML engineers, platform teams, and product stakeholders to accelerate model development and deployment. Recruit, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of ML infrastructure engineers.

Location and compensation: Roles based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA. The starting base pay for this position is $295,250—$345,040 USD, with equity compensation and benefits described. Office presence: Roles based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday.
