Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or related field. 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, business analysis, or similar roles. Strong proficiency in SAP, Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Experience working with large datasets, dashboards, reporting automation, and KPI development. Experience managing cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments. Ability to analyze data, identify insights, and translate findings into clear action plans. Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
