Merakey is seeking a Program Manager to join our team in Coraopolis, Pennsylvania. This professional position is responsible for managing the operation and coordination of day services for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, working in coordination with the Director of Programs to supervise staff and oversee building and grounds. The role involves directing program planning, evaluation, implementation, and development to ensure quality standards are met and maintained.

Key duties include managing daily program operations and implementing policies and procedures; training and monitoring program goals, assessments, and activities; monitoring care and treatment of individuals during day program services; coordinating plans and community activities and events; guiding staff responsibilities to support program development; serving as an activities coordinator and/or assuming Program Specialist responsibilities as needed; providing day-to-day leadership and training for staff; developing and maintaining clinical and administrative coordination of all aspects of the program for individuals receiving services; monitoring treatment authorizations to ensure that program and support plans are developed, implemented, and maintained; supporting the Director of Program with budgeting processes and verification records; assisting with licensing processes and on-site licensing and plans of correction; providing daily property management and coordinating with facilities as needed; conducting fire drills and maintaining safety measures across buildings.
