Atlantic Casualty Insurance Company (ACIC) is seeking a Software Engineer II for a hybrid role across multiple U.S. locations, including Scottsdale, AZ; Glastonbury, CT; Duluth, GA; Charlotte, NC; and Goldsboro, NC. The Software Engineer II will analyze, design, develop, test, implement, maintain, and support applications to ensure successful operation and conformance to requirements.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements refinement, design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support.
Develop secure, reliable, and maintainable software in accordance with established standards and best practices.
Participate in code reviews, source control, automated testing, and continuous integration and delivery.
Collaborate with customers, business partners, and technical teams to understand needs and deliver effective solutions.
Communicate work status, risks, dependencies, and technical concerns through established channels.
Troubleshoot application and production issues and implement appropriate solutions.
Create and maintain application and technical documentation.
Contribute to technical design, architecture discussions, solution evaluation, and project estimates.
Identify opportunities to improve software quality, reliability, and development practices.
Provide constructive feedback and share knowledge through code reviews and collaboration.
Continually develop technical and professional skills.
Undergraduate studies in computer science, B.S. preferred or equival
