SanMar is seeking a Scrum Master to lead Agile practices and drive continuous improvement across the development team. The role will facilitate planning sessions, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives; ensure the Scrum framework is understood and consistently applied; coach and mentor the team on Agile principles; foster a collaborative and self-organizing culture; remove impediments; act as a bridge between the team and stakeholders; promote clear communication with product owners; track and report key Agile metrics; identify and address risks; and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of Scrum Master experience in Agile software development, familiarity with other frameworks (Kanban, XP), experience with Jira/ADO, and SAFe Scrum Master certification, plus strong communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
