Volkswagen Financial Services (VWFS) is part of the Volkswagen Group and provides financing, leasing and related services to customers through its dealer network. Our IT department is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Fleet & Leasing team. The role is based in Roissy-en-France, France with a hybrid work arrangement (approximately 2.5 days per week remote).

Key responsibilities include capturing user needs and, based on functional specifications defined by the application owner, analyzing business requirements, helping architects design the data model for the scope, writing detailed functional specifications, evaluating feasibility, identifying impacts and risks, and proposing scenarios (solutions, macro-costings, macro-plans) as appropriate. The analyst will estimate efforts and costs and report to the line manager, project lead, and Application Manager. Depending on the project phase, you may be described as a functional or technical analyst.
