Responsibilities include re-engaging previous customers to shorten sales cycles, delivering personalized solutions, presenting compelling proposals, conducting post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and generate referrals, and identifying new leads to expand outreach. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, willingness to travel within a designated territory with your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed), a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, and comfort with using technology to stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment. Compensation includes unlimited commissions; entry-level advisers can expect around $105,000, while experienced advisers can exceed $150,000. The first eight weeks of training offer up to $4,000.
