TAK Broadband is seeking a Tax Accountant to join its corporate office in Minneapolis, United States. The role focuses on multi-state tax compliance, regulatory reporting, and process improvement initiatives, with responsibilities across tax accounting, audit readiness, and internal controls. You will manage indirect tax and regulatory compliance activities, prepare reconciliations and supporting schedules, assist with the annual income tax provision, and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors to ensure tax and regulatory requirements are met. Maintain audit-ready documentation, identify opportunities to automate and streamline processes, monitor tax laws and regulatory changes, and support internal and external audits and special projects as assigned. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or related field; 3+ years of accounting/tax experience; multi-state tax experience; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office; and familiarity with ERP systems and tax software. The position offers full-time employment with benefits and an annual compensation range of $65K–$94K, DOE.
