As Project Manager, you will serve as the operational backbone for these programs and the tools that power them—keeping tasks, deadlines, and committee work on track; owning the CE team’s project management software and workflow tooling; and administering CE’s public events calendar and Corporate Sponsorship program.

Responsibilities

Program Planning and Coordination: manage the successful delivery of assigned programs; build and maintain integrated project plans; own task tracking, deadline tracking, dependency tracking, RAID log, and decision log; ensure deliverables are organized and versioned.
Operating Cadence & Meeting Coordination: establish and manage meeting cadences, coordinate committee and planning meetings, prepare agendas, notes, follow-ups, and action tracking; ensure decisions are brought to the right forums at the right time.
PM Software & Workflow Administration: act as primary owner of CE project management software; manage access, permissions, SOPs, upgrades, and changes; ensure CE modernization and program tasks are represented in the PM tool; coordinate tool adoption across CE staff and contractor roles.
