The Patient Liaison provides on-site support for patient recruitment at Accel Research Sites in Maitland, Florida, assisting with pre-screening, scheduling, and enrollment activities to ensure a smooth patient journey.

Key responsibilities include: - Conduct on-site pre-screening and steer eligible patients toward enrollment at local sites. - Assess eligibility through screening interviews, medical record reviews, or discussions with site staff; support patient enrollment path; manage follow-up and communication including reminders and rescheduling. - Manage on-site screening visit schedules; schedule and reschedule appointments as needed. - Track no-shows and DNQ; optimize processes. - Capture and manage inbound physician referral leads. - Address barriers to study entry by leveraging site or sponsor support services (e.g., transportation assistance and reimbursement programs). - Ensure timely updates to CTMS/Clinical Conductor for patient touchpoints and statuses. - Create targeted call lists using CTMS data to improve call efficiency. - Support regional recruitment metrics and contribute to achieving recruitment goals; assist with data collection for attribution of screening visits. - Notify regional leadership of barriers or challenges to screens. - Maintain knowledge of clinical studies, including inclusion/exclusion criteria. - Manage patient portal leads; follow up and update patient leads. - Monitor Refer-A-Friend campaigns. - Represent the company with h
