The Community Manager will focus on maximizing community satisfaction and financial performance, in line with owner and investor goals. Key duties include: preparing and managing property budgets, forecasts, and variance reports; monitoring rent collections and expenses; approving invoices and overseeing vendor contracts; achieving NOI and occupancy targets. Leadership responsibilities include recruiting, training, and supervising on-site staff, setting performance expectations, coaching, and fostering accountability and teamwork. Leasing and resident experience tasks involve conducting tours, processing applications, approvals, move-ins, ensuring Fair Housing compliance, addressing resident concerns, and ensuring retention. Compliance and risk management include ensuring adherence to Fair Housing, ADA, OSHA, EPA, local housing laws, and company policies; maintaining records and conducting property inspections to meet safety standards. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent; 3+ years of multifamily property management experience; strong marketing, sales, financial, and leadership skills; proficiency with property management software (Yardi, RealPage, MRI, AppFolio); preferred CAM/CPM/ARM designation; familiarity with Yardi Voyager and CRM IQ.
