Key responsibilities include recruiting, developing, and managing the owner’s project team; defining project scope, schedules, budgets, and controls; overseeing all phases of leach pad development including engineering, permitting, procurement, construction, and commissioning; implementing a RASCI matrix; establishing an Earned Value Management framework; coordinating with internal groups and external regulators, contractors, and consultants; conducting routine site inspections and safety audits; identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies; and implementing an operational readiness plan with internal and external resources.
