About the role

Anduril Industries is seeking a Production Program Manager to join our Irvine, California team and lead the end-to-end execution of Sentry Deployments. The role bridges production, warehousing, and field operations to scale our global fleet and support high-volume expansion. You will establish a robust field-to-factory feedback loop to turn real-world operational lessons into product improvements and repeatable launch playbooks.

Responsibilities

Partner with planning, production, engineering, product management, deployment operations, and business development to set strategic priorities and delivery commitments.
Develop standardized tower packout processes for all parties and enable efficient intake of returning components into MRO processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Drive deployment strategy and execution, ensuring smooth handoffs between production, warehousing, Deployment Ops and the CBP Account team; ensure required customer deliverables and asset traceability.
Implement rework and upgrade processes for assets after storage and before deployment; plan deployment readiness for XRST variants to accelerate time-to-market and support higher volumes.
Build internal maintenance and repair approaches to support the fleet of legacy CI Towers; use data analytics to predict and prevent issues.
Develop field support approaches for XRST variants optimized for lower cost at high volumes, strengthening our position for large contracts.
