Overview: Lead on-site CNG Power Solutions operations at the wellsite to deliver exceptional service and customer satisfaction. You will direct field crews and equipment, coordinate with clients, and ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities: - Manage all CNG Power Solutions operations at the wellsite to ensure safe, compliant, and timely service delivery. - Meet with customers on site to coordinate job activities and align objectives. - Direct field crews and equipment to execute contracted services and achieve client and company objectives. - Identify and mitigate operational risks; implement contingency plans as needed. - Ensure all employees and contractors at the site comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements. - Manage personnel to ensure competency in operating and driving assigned equipment. - Intervene in unsafe acts and violations of safety practices; stop or suspend operations as necessary to uphold HSE standards. - Ensure the right people are available, trained, and understand responsibilities; ensure correct equipment and materials arrive on time, are rigged up, tested, and ready to perform the job with no deviations. - Provide supervision, direction, training, and ongoing leadership to Site Supervisors; document and report crew/equipment/job information. - Analyze pad location prior to treatments to plan Frac equipment layout and placement of facilities. - Conduct pre-job meetings with personnel, client, and
