Project Manager is responsible for delivering ECRS’s project management services for Point-of-Sale rollouts to ensure that customer implementations run efficiently and meet expectations. The Project Manager acts as the liaison between Sales, Deployment, Support, Services, Development, Marketing, and the customer, coordinating all installation-related activities for on-site and remote engagements, including database setup, credit card processing configuration, register area preparation, and networking and power management. Key responsibilities include organizing kickoff meetings after contract and deposit, coordinating with assigned accounts to define goals and objectives, creating and tracking project issues with clear targets, initiating and monitoring Support Desk tickets, scheduling regular customer meetings with agendas and action steps, coordinating with Deployment and Inventory to pull and stage equipment per customer requirements, documenting customer requirements for product enhancements, collaborating with Development and Sales to prepare estimates and specifications, managing phased multi-store rollouts, scheduling on-site and remote resources to meet schedules, and conducting post-implementation reviews with customers to assess results and satisfaction. Qualifications include a two-year degree or equivalent experience; business or IT coursework is a plus; PMP certification is a plus; strong planning and project management skills; excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
