Senior Technical Product Manager to work closely with our CTO and co-founder to define the product roadmap and execute it. You will write detailed technical requirements and collaborate with design on UI/UX, support product launches, and stay closely aligned with what is being built and why. This role sits closer to engineering than a traditional PM, with responsibilities including integrating with AI platforms and model providers, scoping data pipelines for AI agent outputs, and writing requirements that enable engineering to build with minimal back-and-forth. We view AI governance as a value driver, focusing on clarity and speed of adoption rather than mere compliance. The role spans foundational enterprise workflows such as permissions, admin tooling, and review/approval flows and also newer capabilities like AI agents, requiring equal rigor across areas. You should have a strong sense of where AI is heading, since governance works only if the product keeps pace with technological change. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports; your impact comes from your thinking and execution.
