Job summary: We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to take ownership of an established book of business within the multi-family flooring space. This role focuses on maintaining, protecting, and growing existing customer relationships—not building a book from scratch. You will step into a multi-million-dollar portfolio and be responsible for driving customer retention, ensuring strong project execution, and identifying opportunities to expand additional service lines over time. The ideal candidate understands the multi-family environment, is comfortable working in the field, can measure and scope flooring projects, and takes pride in being a trusted partner to their customers.
