Diversified Services Network, Inc. (DSN) is hiring a full-time Platform Support Engineer to own the AEM and Vercel hosting platforms. This role will establish operating governance, incident management, deployment support, monitoring, and user-access administration, ensuring high availability, performance, security, and scalability of hosted applications. You will provide technical guidance to teams building modern web applications using Next.js, React, APIs, and cloud-native architectures, and support the broader technology portfolio including Adobe Platform, AEM Sites, AEM Assets, Target, Workfront, and Akamai. You will drive Level 3 maturity in platform support, complete required service-offering artifacts, and align with IT General Controls and Security Directives. You will train the existing team and establish proactive operational processes ahead of production traffic. The team comprises a Product Owner and 6-7 platform engineers, with Level 1 and Level 2 support; this hybrid role is based out of one of our digital hubs in Chicago, IL; Peoria, IL; Dallas, TX; Broomfield, CO; or Cary, NC, and candidates should be local to their hub and available to come into the office as needed. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 5-7+ years of relevant experience, with substantial experience maintaining AEM platform environments and supporting AEM as a Cloud Service.
