The role leads root-cause investigations, drives data-driven trend analysis and corrective action activities, and partners with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain to analyze defects, prevent recurrence, and elevate overall quality performance.
Key responsibilities include leading corrective action investigations (problem identification, data collection, root-cause analysis) and developing robust CAPAs; overseeing collection and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends and systemic issues; facilitating cross-functional problem-solving teams and driving investigations to closure with documented effectiveness checks; developing and maintaining quality standards, procedures, and inspection processes across production; monitoring process controls and nonconformance trends in collaboration with Production and Engineering; participating in internal audits, supplier performance reviews, and continuous improvement activities (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone, DMAIC); supporting configuration control, documentation accuracy, and adherence to customer, regulatory, and company requirements; training production personnel on quality processes and corrective action implementation; and performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering, quality assurance, or a related technical field; 2–3 years of relevant experience with degree, or 5 years of
