Guardian has a full-time Community Manager position at Marion Court, a 35-unit affordable apartment community in Bremerton, Washington. The Community Manager will supervise property staff and vendors, enforce Guardian policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and landlord-tenant laws. Responsibilities include delivering outstanding customer service to residents, maintaining curb appeal, coordinating timely property maintenance, safeguarding the financial health of the property, ensuring compliance with government and program requirements, and completing all required reports on time. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, professional, and communicative, with general knowledge of affordable property management duties and operations. Schedule: 35–40 hours per week; Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Compensation: $24.00–$26.00 per hour (DOE) plus housing and bonus potential. Housing: On-site 2-bedroom unit provided as a condition of employment.
