You will own the roadmap and the engineering organization behind it, building rich, immersive, and engaging communication experiences that feel effortless, expressive, and safe. This role blends product thinking with engineering leadership: balance scale, latency, reliability, and cost while delivering a standout user experience. You will grow and develop a team of engineers, set technical direction, and partner closely across product, design, trust & safety, and infrastructure to define what communication on Roblox becomes next.
