URM Stores, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our Convenience/Retail Grocery team. This on-site role serves customers in Central and Western Washington; candidates must live within 30 miles of the territory. The position involves identifying and acquiring new customers through cold calls and in-person presentations, pursuing margin targets and sales budgets, collaborating with internal and external teams, meeting with prospects and customers, converting opportunities into sales, and making regular calls on existing accounts to grow volume. Qualifications include at least three years of sales experience (retail distributor background strongly preferred), broker representation with emphasis on retail preferred, knowledge of the retail industry a plus, solid computer skills (MS Office and database management), strong time management and organizational abilities, a valid driver's license and clean driving record, and bilingual ability a plus. The compensation package includes a salary range of $81,000–$84,000 per year DOE, plus comprehensive benefits (medical/dental/vision/RX premiums paid for the employee, 401(k) with company match up to 9%, gas card, company car, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, holidays, sick days, volunteer day, and employee discounts).
