Steer Health is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to open and close multi-year, multi-product healthcare SaaS deals with health systems and MSOs in the United States. This is a closing role focused on new logos and expansion, with quota responsibility across a defined territory. You will cultivate executive relationships with CFOs, COOs, CMOs, CIOs, and other economic buyers, build a data-driven business case, and guide pilots from initial success to system-wide deployment. You will map accounts, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders in IT, clinical, revenue cycle, and marketing, and orchestrate deals through procurement, security, and legal reviews. Travel 30–50% is expected. Steer Health’s portfolio includes FastTrackCare, SteerNotes, and RCM AI, and you will lead land-and-expand strategies to attach multiple products and maximize revenue.
