Rithum is seeking a Technical Account Manager to deliver strategic technical guidance and hands-on support to enterprise and strategic clients throughout their journey with the Rithum platform. You will work as the technical counterpart to the Client Success Manager, aligning technical solutions with business objectives, guiding channel implementations, and driving long-term value through platform optimization and scalable technical strategies. This role requires strong project management, deep product knowledge, and the ability to build trust with both client and internal technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Serve as a consistent weekly touchpoint for the client, managing day-to-day business-as-usual activities and ensuring timely execution through collaboration and resource utilization.
Develop and oversee channel implementation strategies that align with channel requirements and Rithum's capabilities.
Drive tactical execution across the platform, including operational workflows and commercial levers such as repricing, promotions planning, and algorithmic optimization to maximize visibility and revenue.
Conduct technical reviews, identify optimization opportunities, and present forward-looking recommendations.
Act as a trusted technical advisor, helping clients realize value through effective use of Rithum’s solutions.
Own resolution of complex technical issues in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Client Success Engineering teams.
Bridge communication between client technical teams and Rithum’s internal teams for mutual understanding and smo
