Responsibilities include coordinating contract preparation and budget management for engineering projects, drafting proposals and change orders, and tracking project financials using Earned Value Management to measure performance. You will coordinate deliverables, document submittals, client meetings, and review comments; develop technical and cost proposals for clients; and participate in business development activities such as networking with consultants and clients. Additional duties include supervising project meetings, coordination, kickoff, schedules, and financials; providing weekly and monthly client reports on progress, costs, schedule, safety, and risks; and reviewing engineering reports, studies, specifications, drawings, and design documents. You will conduct project coordination meetings with internal team members and external consultants, owners/contractors/sub-contractors, and vendors. Work is 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. This role is part of Stantec’s Buildings team, which focuses on integrated design and sustainable projects.
