Asana is seeking a high-energy, hunter-focused Emerging Enterprise Account Executive to identify and secure new enterprise logos while expanding our footprint within select high-potential existing accounts. This role is based in San Francisco, New York, or Chicago, United States, with an office-centric hybrid schedule. In-office days are typically Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, with the option to work from home on Wednesdays; Friday arrangements depend on the team and type of work. Responsibilities

What we’re looking for:

Lead the full sales cycle for complex deals with multiple stakeholders, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
Drive revenue by leveraging industry thought leadership, data-driven insights, and strong negotiation skills.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Solutions Engineering, Sales Development, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Executive Sponsors to craft and execute strategic plans.
Build trust with C-level executives, IT and InfoSec leaders by aligning our solutions with their business goals.
Understand customer goals to uncover new use cases and drive expansion at renewal.
Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to deliver a seamless customer experience and successful onboarding.
5+ years in a B2B closing sales role, with at least 3 years in Enterprise sales; previous SaaS experience is a plus.
Proven track record of achieving quota and driving high-value deals.
