Sales Representative for JF Petroleum Group. This is a sales position responsible for growing sales and profitability of equipment, construction, and service. Compensation includes a base salary of $75,000–$80,000 plus commission, depending on experience. Key metrics include monthly targets for quotations, order conversions, and sales funnel size. Core competencies include a high level of sales acumen, the ability to develop and deliver customer proposals, apply discovery processes to determine customer needs, develop proposals that balance customer needs with profitability, negotiate and close proposals, follow up on and close assigned leads, maintain relationships with customers, and possess product knowledge related to retail petroleum equipment and services (forecourt and back-office). This role will collaborate with Service and Construction teams and the Supply Chain to ensure timely delivery of proposals. Requirements include a 4-year undergraduate degree (preferred), forecourt and back-office retail petroleum sales experience (preferred but not required), basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong sales skills, willingness to travel locally, and eligibility to work in the United States.
