LeoLabs is hiring a Technical Recruiter to join the growing Talent Acquisition team. This on-site role is based in Washington, DC, United States. It is ideal for an experienced full-cycle recruiter who will independently own a portfolio of engineering and technical hiring while continuing to grow as a talent acquisition professional. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will partner with engineering leaders and hiring managers to attract exceptional talent across software engineering, systems engineering, artificial intelligence and machine learning, infrastructure, product, and other highly technical disciplines. You will manage an average of 8-10 active requisitions while balancing sourcing, stakeholder partnership, and operational excellence.
