This on-site role leads the Centralized Landlord Network (Landlord Gateway), coordinating resources and services for landlords and developers citywide through program management, detailed work plans, performance measures, meetings management, and effective communication with stakeholders. The Manager will work with senior management to evaluate program goals and develop strategic objectives, engaging with other agencies, the community, businesses, and key stakeholders. Responsibilities include supervising landlord navigators; conducting targeted outreach, workshops, and campaigns to promote City programs to landlords and developers; coordinating with relevant City departments to ensure timely updates; monitoring the effectiveness of Landlord Gateway and landlord satisfaction; serving as the primary liaison to the Division of Housing and Community Development; supporting PRO Housing Grant activities with partner organizations; helping address housing crises under applicable regulations; and analyzing project outcomes to inform alternative strategies. Qualifications: at least five years of experience in project or program coordination with experience in Landlord/Tenant issues, Planning and Development, Office of Homeless Services, Registered Community Organization, housing policy, and related legislation.
