Position Summary: Structor Construction is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to run significant portions of our commercial projects. You'll own procurement, billing, and change management while building the financial and contractual judgment that makes a strong Project Manager. You'll also start developing the Project Engineers behind you.
Key Roles / Responsibilities: - Draft, negotiate, and route change orders between ownership and subcontractors - Compile owner billing packages and verify subcontractor invoices - Track procurement timelines and expedite ahead of schedule need dates - Prepare subcontracts and purchase orders - Coordinate MEP installations across trades - Lead project closeout - Mentor Project Engineers and prioritize their workload
