Electrical Tester position in aerospace wiring harness manufacturing based in Fort Worth, Texas, United States. The role involves testing wiring harness assemblies using the DIT-MCO machine or other methods as indicated, testing priority items as directed by the Testing Lead, and checking in/out test cables while maintaining daily inventory. You will troubleshoot test nonconformances, initiate quality problem reports, and interface professionally with assembly, inspection and planning personnel while adhering to the Quality Management System. The candidate may contribute improvements to the test process and write or review DIT-MCO test programs as needed. Qualifications include a high school diploma or technical training, at least 2 years of aerospace experience, proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Outlook, the ability to read engineering drawings, basic electronics knowledge, and DIT-MCO programming experience is a plus. Must be able to lift approximately 50 lbs and be available for overtime on short notice; able to work independently or with others.
