Massage Heights Buckhead is seeking a Spa Sales Manager to drive membership growth and guest retention through hospitality-driven sales. This on-site position in Atlanta, Georgia (Buckhead), United States requires you to deliver an exceptional guest experience from the first phone call through checkout while growing memberships, improving retention, and increasing retreat bookings and service enhancements. You will present our Wellness Programs, convert guests into lifelong members, and consistently drive key performance indicators such as Membership Conversion, Member Retention, Pre-Booking, Service Elevations, and Membership Growth. You will own every phone call with warmth and professionalism, maintain scheduling accuracy and detailed appointment notes, and collaborate with therapists and teammates to deliver an elevated guest experience. The role offers 30-35 hours per week across 4-5 shifts with morning, evening, and weekend availability; open availability is strongly preferred. Compensation includes competitive hourly pay, performance bonuses based on membership sales, and a structured pay progression of a $1/hour raise every six months for eligible team members who maintain strong performance and attendance.
