FedEx Supply Chain, Inc. is seeking a Scrum Master III to define, develop, implement, and continuously improve Agile practices—primarily Scrum—across the organization. This role facilitates sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint demos, while maintaining metrics that help teams visualize progress. The Scrum Master III leads Agile transformation efforts and promotes accountability and transparency at all levels. Primary responsibilities include serving as Scrum Master for one or more teams, guiding multiple concurrent initiatives or medium-complexity programs/releases; applying core Agile principles such as collaboration, prioritization, accountability, and continuous improvement; coaching Product Owners in backlog refinement and management; facilitating ceremonies; tracking team velocity, sprint progress, and release milestones; providing status reports on KPIs, schedules, resources, and milestones; mentoring less experienced Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development team members; removing impediments and fostering self-organization and shared leadership; using judgment and experience to plan and execute complex tasks with minimal supervision; promoting Agile best practices and contributing to organizational transformation. Education and Experience: A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Four or more years of relevant experience or applicable Agile/Scrum certifications are required.
