Oula Health delivers maternity care built around patients, with a focus on fewer C-sections and higher VBAC success rates. As Product Manager, you will own and evolve our core technology stack — including the EHR, patient portal, and care management platform — and serve as the internal and external subject matter expert on EMR configurations and health-system integrations. The role sits at the intersection of product, operations, and health-system integration, collaborating with clinicians, care navigators, and IT teams to ensure our systems run smoothly and our integrations meet go-live timelines. Responsibilities include EHR configuration (Athena, Epic), end-to-end integration management (FHIR/HL7), and accelerating Epic integration timelines as we onboard new health-system partners. You will build launch toolkits, SOPs, and dashboards to track feature adoption, and develop data reporting to support product leadership and health-system partners. This is a hybrid role based in New York, Chicago, or Charlotte, United States, with periodic travel to clinics and health-system partners. Compensation ranges from $110,000 to $140,000 USD, plus equity and comprehensive benefits.
