As Product Manager, you will own and evolve our core technology stack — including the EHR, patient portal, and care management platform — and serve as the internal and external subject matter expert on EMR configurations and health-system integrations. The role sits at the intersection of product, operations, and health-system integration, collaborating with clinicians, care navigators, and IT teams to ensure our systems run smoothly and our integrations meet go-live timelines.
