FirmPilot is seeking an Account Executive in New York City (on-site) to sell our AI-powered marketing platform to owner-operator professional services firms, starting with law firms. We recently closed an oversubscribed $22M Series A-1 and our customers are seeing substantial ROI. This is a consultative, high-EQ role for an AE who can run discovery that bends a deal, not just check boxes in a CRM. You will own a full cycle from prospecting to close, map business problems to outcomes, and help shape product and messaging with early-stage input. The ideal candidate has 5+ years closing SaaS or AI-native software with direct experience selling to SMB or local professional services (PI, family/dental/hvac/home services, etc.), strong discovery skills, and a point of view on AI-assisted selling. You’ll be based in our NYC office, and compensation includes a base salary of $140,000 to $150,000 plus commission ($280k+ OTE), 100% premium health/dental/vision coverage, discretionary PTO, 11 holidays observed, and 2 floating holidays.
