What you'll do - Manage the recruitment process by sourcing, interviewing, screening, matching and placing qualified candidates. - Build trusted relationships with candidates and clients by providing interview coaching, maintaining consistent communication, negotiating offers, and delivering an outstanding hiring experience. - Develop talent pipelines using ATS, job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking events, community partnerships, referrals, and other creative sourcing strategies. - Partner with local businesses to understand hiring needs and connect them with exceptional talent. - Represent ABR in the community while promoting our mission of helping individuals and businesses succeed.
