Job Summary: The Sales Manager will manage the daily activity of the Outside Sales team in the Wichita area.
Office Responsibilities: - Interview and hire Outside Sales Representatives - Assign and manage leads - Track and audit sales - Conduct training, one-on-one coaching, and team huddles - Support the team by controlling attrition - Daily office hours: 10:00am – 2:00pm

Qualifications: - 3+ years of Outside Sales experience; supervisory experience preferred - Proficiency with laptops, tablets, and similar devices - Strong leadership and motivational skills - Ability to travel within assigned territories using a personal vehicle
Working Conditions: - Office work required daily (30%) - Field work required daily (70%) - Occasional travel as required
Compensation and Benefits: - Uncapped commissions on personal sales and uncapped overrides on staff - Monthly performance bonuses - Weekly base salary - Paid training, paid vacations, PTO, holidays - Health, dental, vision, 401k, and life insur
