Overview The Retail Sales Representative is the connection between the customer and the T-Mobile brand, providing friendly, energetic service and in-depth knowledge of devices and pricing plans. As a member of the TCC Wireless team, you will build lasting relationships with customers and coworkers.

Essential Functions - Provide world-class customer service: greet customers in-store, answer phones, and assess needs. - Drive monthly revenue by acquiring new customers, maximizing existing accounts, identifying opportunities, and meeting quality metrics. - Build relationships with TCC Wireless employees and customers across channels. - Open, close, and operate the store, including cash handling, inventory, and deposits per standards. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. - Maintain store appearance, back room, restrooms, and work area per store standards. - Understand customer needs and assist with activations, plan changes, billing, accessories, and upgrades. - Achieve established performance metrics.

Minimum Qualifications - High School Diploma or GED - Minimum 6 months’ experience in retail and/or sales with strong customer focus - Legally authorized to work in the United States - Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays - Professional, energetic, honest, patient, and empathetic - Strong problem-solving, analytical, planning, and
