PatientFi is seeking a Remote Inside Sales Representative to focus on audiology account management and growth. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of existing audiology practices, acting as a strategic consultant to help them integrate our funded loan solutions into patient workflows. Success is measured by the growth of funded loan volume within assigned accounts.

Responsibilities

What you bring:

Drive account penetration by identifying low-utilization clinics and conducting targeted outreach to increase use of our funding products.
Provide strategic coaching to audiologists and office managers on presenting loan options to patients, helping overcome price objections and increase hearing aid adoption.
Maintain high-frequency touchpoints with key stakeholders to ensure our brand is the first-choice funding partner.
Manage the pipeline from loan submission to completion, ensuring a seamless experience for clinics and patients.
Deliver webinars and training on product features, promotional rates, and best practices for loan applications.
Monitor weekly and monthly funded volume metrics to forecast growth and identify trends within your territory.
2+ years in inside sales, account management, or business development (healthcare, medical device, or fintech experience a plus).
Consultative mindset; ability to understand the patient journey and communicate with healthcare providers.
Hunter mentality with drive to grow numbers within existing accounts.
Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams).
