Metronet is hiring an Account Executive to join its Business Sales team in Phoenix, AZ on-site. This frontline sales role owns the full sales cycle—from prospecting to contract execution and onboarding—and focuses on expanding Metronet’s fiber connectivity footprint with business customers. Required qualifications include 2–3 years of B2B sales experience (telecommunications or technology preferred) and legal authorization to work in the United States. Responsibilities include qualifying and closing new opportunities within the assigned territory, conducting discovery to uncover customer needs, leveraging Salesforce and other tools to inform the sales approach, maintaining accurate records of pipeline activity, building and maintaining relationships with clients, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and collaborating cross-functionally.
