The Sales Account Manager will be based in Jasper, Indiana and is responsible for all inside sales activities, including inbound and outbound calls and processing of sales documents, while upholding the highest standards of customer satisfaction. Preferred experience includes automotive parts knowledge and prior sales experience; entry-level candidates with strong customer service are welcome. Requirements include excellent verbal and written communication, strong telephone skills, the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, attention to detail, and the ability to build professional relationships. Proficiency with computers (Microsoft Windows experience preferred) and strong negotiating, organizational, and problem-solving skills are desired.
