Job Summary: Provide leadership and coordination of the firm's financial reporting, budgeting, policies, procedures, and reporting systems to ensure compliance with accounting principles.

Major Duties & Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate and timely financial management reports, including internal monthly statements, cash collections, partner income, revenue analysis, and other requested reports. - Manage accounts payable, petty cash, employee expense reports, cash control, payroll processing and payroll tax compliance. - Manage accounts receivable aging, billing, cash receipts, and year-end payroll close including federal and state reports. - Ensure accuracy of financial statements and billing, and the production of statements and project statements. - Monitor monthly operating results against budget and prior year. - Review benchmark reports measuring financial and operating performance of divisions/departments. - Prepare financials and schedules for year-end tax and franchise tax returns. - Correct time entries and miscodings; weekly reconciliation of China expenses. - Maintain registrations with state boards of public accountancy and international organizations. - Manage property renditions and related filings. - Reconcile year-end China office statements to U.S. financials. - Ensure timely distribution of funds to 401(k) and health savings accounts. - Gather information for professional liability insurance renewals. - Onboard new
