OpusClip is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join on a contract basis, with the potential to convert to full-time based on performance and business needs. The role focuses on full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, Product, and Design, partnering directly with hiring managers and company leaders to help us scale. This is a hands-on recruiting role, not focused on HR, legal, or primarily sales hiring. We want someone who enjoys finding exceptional technical talent, building strong relationships, and thriving in a fast-moving startup where everyone pitches in. Responsibilities include owning full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, Product, and Design; partnering with founders to understand hiring needs and build recruiting strategies; sourcing and engaging outstanding passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and creative sourcing techniques; managing multiple searches while delivering an excellent candidate experience; coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, and moving candidates efficiently through the hiring process; building pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Requirements include 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally at startups or fast-growing technology companies; strong experience hiring Software Engineers, AI Engineers, Product Managers, Product Designers, Visual Designers; experience working in small, fast-paced startup environments where priorities change quickly; a strong sourcer who enjoys finding great passive candidates; excellent communication and relationship-building skills; highly organized
