Broccoli AI is building the AI operating system for home service businesses. Based in San Francisco, this on-site role collaborates with the Strategy & Ops team to create a fast, scalable, and well-documented data foundation that all teams rely on.

Responsibilities include designing and running data pipelines to ingest multiple sources into a columnar warehouse (preferably ClickHouse), modeling data into clean, documented tables, and developing a canonical source of truth with defined metrics used by dashboards and analyses. You will make data human- and AI-ready by structuring models, definitions, and documentation, and building internal tools to answer data questions with trust. You will implement freshness checks, quality tests, and alerts to detect pipeline issues before customers see them. You will perform ad-hoc analyses and partner questions, and work closely with engineering to ensure schemas, events, and architecture produce usable, stable data.
