As the leader of our Data and Analytics team, you will guide a talented group of analysts and engineers in designing and scaling solutions that drive informed decision-making across the organization. You will set technical directions for modern analytics practices, including modernization of our platform toward Microsoft Fabric, reducing technical debt, and establishing consistent reporting standards that scale with the business. While you will lead with strategic influence, you will partner closely with Business Unit leaders, technical teams, and global partners to embed analytics into the organization’s most important initiatives. You will balance direct contribution to BI and analytics development with the responsibilities of building and growing a high-performing team.
