This on-site role partners with the sales team to help customers secure financing and insurance products that fit their needs, bridging the gap between sales and financing. You will welcome customers, transition them from Sales to Finance during vehicle purchases, and work with customers and colleagues to develop lasting relationships. Through a consultative interview process you will determine financing needs and payment options, and present a fully transparent pricing menu detailing financing options and products. You will process finance transactions and ensure 100% compliance with all state and federal laws. You will follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, build rapport to generate referrals, and set and achieve targeted sales goals. You will gain superior product knowledge to effectively assist customers and ensure administrative processes are handled promptly in compliance with company policy, delivering an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
