The Opportunity We are hiring our first in-house recruiter, a Senior Technical Recruiter, to own the full recruiting lifecycle. You will run end-to-end hiring across technical and non-technical profiles, coordinating with founders, the Chief of Staff, and hiring managers. You will manage multiple searches, enable a fast, high-quality process, and help scale the team as we grow.

The Opportunity We are hiring our first in-house recruiter, a Senior Technical Recruiter, to own the full recruiting lifecycle. You will run end-to-end hiring across technical and non-technical profiles, coordinating with founders, the Chief of Staff, and hiring managers. You will manage multiple searches, enable a fast, high-quality process, and help scale the team as we grow.
What You’ll Do - Own full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, pipeline management, scheduling, references, and closing offers. - Proactively source: identify senior engineers and technical leads who are not actively looking. - Run the hiring process: structured stages, fast turnarounds, clean handoffs, and an ATS that reflects reality. - Deliver a candidate experience worthy of the brand: responsive and respectful of candidates’ time, including thoughtful rejections. - Know the product: develop a deep understanding of our benchmarks and the AI landscape, representing Artificial Analysis to candidates as we do to customers. - Collaborate with hiring managers: refine role specs, debrief rigorously, push back when needed, and recognize the signals our leadership prioritizes. - Manage external partners: retainers with agen
