The YouTube Performance Team focuses on data-driven growth for 17 channels (global and localized) covering product reviews in high-revenue areas such as cybersecurity, digital security, tech gadgets, and AI. Role: Performance Team Lead (YouTube). Location: Vilnius, Lithuania (on-site). You will lead a team of six coordinators responsible for different product categories and YouTube channels, setting clear goals and expectations, mentoring team members, and driving strategic growth. You will monitor channel performance using data to inform decisions that boost growth and revenue, optimize production workflows, ensure content quality across briefs, scripts, editing, thumbnails, uploads, and publication, and oversee content planning across multiple channels balancing business priorities, audience demand, and resources.
