Finance Manager (m/f/x) based in Zeltweg, Austria, responsible for managing Accounting (local GAAP/UGB and IFRS) and tax topics for the local entity, in collaboration with international subsidiaries. Lead group transfer pricing and charges to/from the local entity as the principal site for the global Mechanical Cutting Division. Prepare monthly IFRS reporting of key balance sheet and P&L positions, in coordination with the local Controlling team. Coordinate and execute yearly audits with external auditors and oversee local tax reporting. Drive cross-border projects affecting accounting and tax, and manage the locally deployed internal control framework. Ensure legal and statutory compliance of reporting (UGB and tax). Direct and develop local files to support functional analysis, conduct DAC-6 analysis, and oversee relevant transactions. Regular interaction with departments to ensure adherence to IFRS, taxes, and internal controls; participate in cross-border projects. Manage FX through hedging tools, optimize SAP FI processes and the FI model with a focus on automation and digitization. Contribute to EU-required sustainability reporting in line with statutory reporting. Lead the Finance Team (about 8 people). Location is Zeltweg (Styria) in Austria.
