The International Rescue Committee (IRC) seeks a Health Program Manager to lead IRC Utah’s health and wellness portfolio, including Health Access, Mental Health, Health Promotion, Community Health Work, and Intensive Case Management. The role ensures culturally responsive, linguistically accessible, trauma-informed, and strengths-based services that address Social Determinants of Health and provide client-centered support for refugees, asylees, and other ORR-eligible populations. The Program Manager oversees all health and wellness programming, supervises both the health and Intensive Case Management teams, manages grants and contracts, leads community engagement strategies, and strengthens partnerships to improve access to healthcare, safety, and long-term stability for New American communities. The position reports to the Executive Director. Job requirements include: Bachelor’s degree in social work, public health, or related field; a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with supervisory responsibilities; strong relationship-building, diplomacy, and networking skills; English fluency; proficiency in Microsoft Office; valid driver’s license and access to a personal, insured vehicle.
